The Institute’s Advisory Board is composed of leaders in medicine, academia, and business with substantive knowledge of healthcare delivery and organization, healthcare policy, and the delivery of surgical services. Dr. Michael E. Johns is the Chairman of the Advisory Board. The Advisory Board meets annually to review the work of the Institute and provide guidance for future research and policy priorities. The next Advisory Board meeting is scheduled for for January 2010 in Chapel Hill, NC.
